Cardiff City Council are a large and significant provider of accommodation to asylum seekers. As such they have numerous properties around the Cardiff area, housing families of varying sizes. As part of their Health and Safety Policy and in order to comply with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, Cardiff City Council contacted Hurst Solutions and outsourced the inspection of a number of their properties to maintain and ensure that the occupants of their dwellings were not at risk from any asbestos-containing materials.
